Thomas (Tom) W. Buchanan (FCA)

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Buchanan has over 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas sector, most recently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Charger Energy Corp from 2010-2013. Prior thereto, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Provident Energy Trust from 2001-2010. He co-founded Founders Energy Ltd., predecessor to Provident Energy Trust in 1993. Mr. Buchanan is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants. He is currently a Director of Pembina Pipeline Corporation, Athabasca Oil Corporation and Hawk Exploration Ltd. He also serves in a volunteer capacity as Chairman of the Board for Renfrew Educational Services and is on the Management Advisory Council for the Haskayne School of Business.

Dan O'Byrne (P.Eng, MBA)

President

Dan has over 32 years of diverse experience in the North American and international oil and natural gas sector, most recently as Director and President of Charger Energy Corp. Prior positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Provident Energy Trust, Division Vice President for Nexen Inc. as well as numerous executive positions with Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd. Dan is a past governor of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and is one of the Society of Petroleum Engineers' published authors. He has served as a director for a number of public oil and gas companies and is a former director for a charitable foundation.

Mark N. Walker (CMA)

Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Walker has over 25 years of experience in oil and gas finance and accounting, most recently as Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Charger Energy Corp. Prior thereto, Mr. Walker was Chief Financial Officer at Provident Energy Trust from 2001-2010, and previously he held positions with progressively increasing responsibility with Founder's Energy, Sceptre Resources Ltd. and Dome Petroleum Ltd.

Kelly D. Cowan

Senior Vice President Corporate Development and Land

Mr. Cowan has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Development and Land with Charger Energy Corp. His prior positions include Chief Executive Officer of Outback Exploration, President & Chief Executive Officer of Outback Energy, and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Founders Energy Ltd. which he co-founded. He also held positions of increasing responsibility at North Canadian Oils Limited and Norcen Energy Resources Limited. Mr. Cowan is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and has served as a Director for a number of public and private companies.

Bob Guy, (P.Eng)

Vice President, Production and Operations

Mr. Guy has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, most recently as Vice President of Production Operations with AvenEx Energy Corp. Prior thereto Mr. Guy was Manager of Operations at Ketch Resources Trust. Over the years, he has fulfilled numerous responsibilities for oil and gas companies including surface land, drilling, completions, facilities, HS&E and regulatory compliance functions as well as field operations, production optimization, production monitoring and reporting, asset integrity, abandonment and reclamation. He is a current member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Floyd Siegle (P. Eng. MBA)

Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Siegle has over 35 years of engineering experience in the oil and natural gas sector, most recently as Vice President, Engineering at Charger Energy Corp. Prior thereto he was Senior Manager, Reserves and Evaluations at Provident Energy Trust, Vice President Engineering at AJM Petroleum Consultants and held various engineering positions with progressively increasing responsibilities with major E&P companies. Mr. Siegle is currently serving on the board of directors of the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE). He previously served as chairman of the Calgary Chapter of SPEE and on the Petroleum Advisory Committee of the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC).

Dan P.E. Fournier (Q.C.)

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Fournier has over 30 years as a Partner with Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes). He is currently a member of Blakes energy financial services group. He has advised on the structuring of numerous private and public financings in the development of Canada's energy industry. Mr. Fournier's expertise also extends to structuring joint ventures between major energy participants and advising on shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and corporate governance matters. He has recently returned from the Middle East where he chaired Blakes practice in the Arabian Gulf.

Dallas McConnell (MBA)

Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Mr. McConnell has more than 16 years of industry experience in the energy sector, most recently as Director of Corporate Development and Planning at Charger Energy Corp. Prior thereto, Mr. McConnell was Director of Investor Relations and Capital Markets at Provident Energy Ltd.

Sherry Bouvier

Vice president, Human Resources and Administration

Ms. Bouvier has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Provident Energy Ltd. Mrs. Bouvier has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and facility management.

Frank Serpico (BA)

Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Serpico has more than 15 years of industry experience in commodity price risk management and in marketing crude oil, natural gas, NGLs and sulphur. Most recently he was Director, Marketing, with Pace Oil and Gas Ltd., and prior thereto was Manager, Marketing for Provident Energy Trust from 2005 to 2010 overseeing commodity sales into Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan and supported Provident's US Operations (Breitburn Energy) marketing sales in California, Wyoming, Texas, Michigan and Florida. Mr. Serpico also has extensive oil and gas midstream experience and held positions of increasing responsibility with ATCO Midstream Ltd. from 1997-2005.
